What our chauffeur service covers in St. Moritz
St. Moritz is a holiday destination, a meeting point of the international winter season and the gateway to the whole Engadine. These are the rides we handle most often.
Zurich Airport – St. Moritz transfer
From Zurich Airport the route runs via Chur and Lenzerheide up to the Julier Pass and down into the Upper Engadine, around 200 kilometres in all, roughly three hours in normal conditions. The Julier is open all year, which makes it the most reliable way in. We track your flight, meet you with a name sign and drive you to your hotel without any changes.
Basel – St. Moritz transfer
St. Moritz is about 280 kilometres from our base in Basel, around three and a half hours depending on traffic. We pick you up at home, at your hotel or at EuroAirport Basel-Mulhouse. If you like, we plan a break along the way, for instance in Chur or at Lenzerheide.
Engadin Airport Samedan
Guests arriving by private jet land at Engadin Airport in Samedan, one of the highest airfields in Europe and only minutes from St. Moritz. Your chauffeur is there when you land, takes care of the luggage and drives you straight to your hotel or chalet.
Hotels and the winter season
Arriving at Badrutt's Palace, the Kulm or Suvretta House, rides to the lifts at Corviglia, Corvatsch or Diavolezza, an evening during the St. Moritz Gourmet Festival or a visit to White Turf on the frozen lake in February: we plan the ride there and back so you have nothing to arrange.
Across the Engadine and beyond
Pontresina and Celerina are only minutes away, Maloja and Sils at the head of the valley about half an hour. We reach Davos over the Flüela Pass in around an hour and twenty minutes. Via the Maloja Pass and Chiavenna you reach Lake Como and Milan. When crossing into Italy, every passenger should carry a valid passport or national ID card.
Vehicles for mountain roads
The Mercedes-Benz S-Class suits solo travellers and couples; the V-Class Black Edition is made for families, groups and trips with winter sports equipment. In winter all vehicles run on winter tyres, and our chauffeurs drive the pass roads regularly, snow included.
